DOST-PCAARRD is now accepting nominations for the SINAG Award

Entry should be submitted/endorsed to PCAARRD on or before May 31, 2023. Each entry shall be accompanied by the following documents:

Nomination Letter. Nomination shall be endorsed by:

  1. the head/ authorized representative of an agency/organization; and
  2. the regional consortium director or DOST regional director.

More international graduate scholarship opportunities await budding scientists and researchers in the fields of biotechnology, omics, and molecular biology.

The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Osaka University of Japan and DOST's Science and Education Institute (DOST-SEI) for the implementation of the PhiIDOST-Osaka University Graduate Scholarship Program in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology.

The Department of Science and Technology - International Technology Cooperation Unit (DOST-ITCU) is looking to fund up to four (4) joint research projects on biotechnology and renewable energy.

Each joint research project shall receive up to USD 96,000 for a maximum of 3-year implementation, equivalent to:
